Emergency services are available after hours.  If you have an emergency, please call our regular phone number (816-233-2005) and you will be directed to our after hours answering service for help.

We ask that you have your pet checked in at least 30 minutes before closing to avoid delays in your pet being cared for.

Appointments are not required except for Surgeries, Grooming, and Boarding.

We check our email daily, feel free to send us an email with questions regarding your pet or a treatment we have prescribed.  If it is an urgent matter, then please stop by the clinic or call us on the phone as it may take us 24hrs to reply to an email.
